You don’t need an account to shop with us. But if you do, it will only take you a minute and once it is set up, you will be able to:
1. Start your shopping search by selecting any product category links: ‘TOPS’, ‘BOTTOMS’, ‘DRESSES’. Check out our latest products by clicking the ‘NEW IN’ category, or our self-designed, self-manufactured, and self-labeled products by clicking ‘BY Y&J’ category.
2. Once you have found the item(s) you want to purchase, select your size and the quantity you want. Next, click on the ‘ADD TO BAG/CART’ button.
3. You may wish to continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase, or review the selected item(s) in your shopping bag by clicking on the ‘CHECKOUT’ button.
4. Once you are happy with the selected item(s) in your shopping bag, click ‘CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order. If not, you may wish to continue shopping or click on the ‘REMOVE THIS ITEM’ button to remove selected item(s) from your shopping bag basket.
Once orders are placed, customers will receive an invoice from us immediately.

Upon receiving invoice, customers are required to pay for their orders within a 48-Hours timeframe (Bank transfer transactions).
For Paypal and credit card users, payment verifications are immediate.
Please note that by adding item(s) into your bag/cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s).
Item(s) is/are only secured upon submission of payment.
All Y&J products are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and to be paid in SGD as well.
Y&J accepts DBS OR UOB bank transfer only
For all bank transfer transaction, payments have to be made within 48-Hours upon invoice receive else we reserve the rights to void the invoice.
For i-bank transaction, please be reminded to include your i-bank name and reference no. for payment verification to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For ATM transferees, please be reminded to attach a clear snapshot of your transaction receipt for payment verification to email@example.com.
We will not be able to process your order or do refunds without a clear snapshot of the receipt.
A printed copy of invoice is also provided for mailed parcels.
